I am thinking about starting a group for weight management on my Patreon page. What would that look like? ..It would be a meeting once a week via video conference and the group can talk about what is working and not working for them, as I get information for the next hypnosis recording to make for the group. Not only will we all be accountable to each other but we will be supporting each other and working through the tough stuff together.
