October is one of my favorite months of the year. The colors are all so beautiful and the weather brings in the warm cozy fires in the fireplaces as well as snuggling up to a good book or movie. Still time to relax before the holidays set in. …So I wanted to put out some specials that would be fun and easy for everyone. This world that we share is not what it seems, as we evolve our way of thinking do you not notice that the world responds to us in a different way? Things are not happening to us, they are happening for us and because of us. This is a time to be aware of what we believe to be true. A time to open to a new kind of reality.
How do you know you have insomnia?
When you think about going to bed with a great deal of reluctance because you know you are going to lie awake all night…you have a sleep disturbance.
Or you may be one of the millions who hate to get in to bed because you know you will fall asleep, but then awaken in the middle of the night (perhaps numerous times) and are unable to get back to sleep.
Often your mind relives the events of the previous day. Or you think about all the things that are going wrong in your life. You may even be thinking about all the things you have to get done in the day or days to come. Whatever your thoughts, you then start to stress over the fact that you’ve got to get to sleep and get some rest because you’ve got to get up for work soon. Making sleep even harder to come by.
When you do get up in the morning, you are positive that you haven’t slept for one second all night long. And you feel more exhausted than when you went to bed. This is a small list of things we do to ourselves that keep us from achieving great things in our life. Hypnosis is like this puzzle. As a trained hypnotherapist I would go into the unconscious mind, like you would go into this puzzle, and look for where these negative feelings and beliefs are stored.
I would then work with the client to release the old pattern and beliefs. Forgive and move forward. Learn where it all started and let it go.
