This group will be designed around introducing people to Hypnosis and learning how to take yourself into a state of Hypnosis. We will also, as a group, decide on a subject to do hypnosis on and then I will take you on a hypnotic journey around that subject. I will record the session and e-mail it to each person who attends. You must have access to an e-mail account in order to receive the recording. There will be limited seating so please reserve your spot now.
